You can't miss the place as there is a giant green question mark standing out front! The lone guy manning the counter here was very friendly but not intrusive. We bought little camp cups to sample the different spring waters available in town. They worked out perfectly! There are plenty of brochures here for the local businesses and for the broader area. It's small for a chamber of commerce and the parking lot isn't much bigger than the building so you may have to park elsewhere and walk or take the town shuttle for free.

The volunteer working was very friendly and explained where we could find parking. We bought the souvenir cups so we could visit the springs and taste the water. We visited 1-6. It was nice to see some of them have been restored.

Helpful staff! Stop by for some disposable cups to taste the springs and some maps to guide you. I tried three springs, but gave up cause the taste was awful. Still a fun thing to do, though! Give it a shot!

Most helpful chamber we've ever called. Really went out of their way to help us find places our dog is allowed. We went to all the places recommended and they hit the mark! They have great relationships with local businesses in order to help visitors have the best possible visit to the area. All other chambers take notes :)

Manitou springs is a beautiful town and the Chamber is full of information on things to do. The gentleman there was extremely helpful and knew the best places to visit. Definitely worth a visit.

We tried to visit Manitou Spring in September but could not find a parking place. I mean anywhere. We drove around for 40 minutes and left. We went back this week (in November) got there early on a Saturday and found a parking place in a paid lot. $8 for 4 hours. If we had been 2 hours later we would have been in the same boat as the first try. Now that we are parked we are ready to discover Manitou Springs. One of the first things I noticed were the signs in just about ever store window. "NO Public Restrooms". Hmm Ok should not be a problem... That actually did become a problem later when we had to go and struggled to find a bathroom. We walked the entire town and discovered the vast majority of shops are your typical souvenir shops sporting, for the most part, items with "Colorado" placed on them in some fashion. Shirts (all made in Pakistan), the wooded bears that everyone brings home from Colorado (made in China). Coffee mugs (made in china) Over and over, one shop to the next, the same tourist traps fleecing the sheep that came to Colorado to see the west. If there is a part of Colorado left that has not been destroyed by commercialization we have yet to find it. Yes the town is cute but in my opinion it lacks any real substance once your there. The old arcade can provide some relief from the souvenir shops however if you go when it is crowded (just about anytime) be prepared to wait, and fight through the crowd to put your money in a machine. I hate that this review is negative because I really wanted to like Colorado. It is however accurate. Some people will be pleased with the experience Manitou Springs provides because the vast majority of tourism in the US has become that same commercialized, watered down, vastly over crowded experience from what it was even 20 years ago. The new normal so to speak. We would not go back to Manitou Springs unless we were looking for T shirts as they do boast a good selection, although they all come from Pakistan so I suppose we could just order them online and save the parking headache.

Very informative staff. Pointed out things to do and provided a map for easy recognition for specific shops and how to find parking. All parking is pay by the hour in Manitou Springs before 6pm.

Be sure to stop here if you visit Manitou Springs! They have a Springs tasting tour...they will give you a cup and you walk through town looking for all the Springs to taste. We only liked one of the Springs, the rest we thought were gross. BUT maybe you will like them. The lady here is super nice and helpful. Definitely a must stop.

Very friendly employee gave us a map, a brief history of the town, showed us locations of the springs in town and even gave us a collapsible cup to test the spring water (effervescent and metally tasting on a dare, not really recommended). Stop by for your intro to town, map, and cup.
