Our furnace went out the day the temperatures started to get really cold here. A&E was on time to diagnose the problem and was able to replace the furnace fast. The price was reasonable to boot. We will 100 percent for sure call them again.

Jason is a very nice and pleasant person. Install was done on time and he cleaned up everything before leaving. The company was very reactive and came the morning after i contacted them for a leaking water heather. Really appreciate to not have to wait a week before Christmas!

Below is the review I wrote originally for A&E Comfort Pros. But apparently didn’t hit “submit”. This was at least 3 to 4 years ago and what was true then is still true!! Needless to say we’ve been using them ever since and recommend them to everyone we know.

This company is amazing! They are friendly, great prices, beyond prompt and have the best customer service we have ever experienced!
They came over on a Sunday to swap out our A/C, and furnace and stayed until the job was done to standards we didn't even know existed in the industry.

Efrain is very knowledgable and respectful. He did a very thorough annual examination of my furnace and gave me a full download. Didn't recommend any unnecessary repairs. He was also wearing clean boot covers to keep my house clean.

The woman on the phone was amazing and helped me troubleshoot before deciding we needed to call the technicians in, and she even called me back to see how the progress with troubleshooting was going. She went above and beyond for me and was so friendly and sympathetic to my budget. The technicians were here quickly, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you for everything.

Excellent service! Efrain, Jason, Anthony, and Amber are professionals all the way. We had our air ducts cleaned, new furnace, A/C and humidifier installed. The job was not the easiest, as some of the duct work needed to be redone due to the installation of the old equipment. Efrain corrected the issues we had been having with sound and air flow, and now everything is working great! They went above and beyond! I would hire them again in an instant. I cannot recommend A&E Comfort Pros enough!

A&E / Efrain are the BEST ! He made our lives so easy installing full HVAC system and then giving advise on how to deal with a few complicated late changes we had to make.

It’s been a few weeks since Efran and the crew replaced my furnace air conditioner and hot water heater. The installation looks neat and professionally done. They were in and out in a day with no mess. I haven’t tried the furnace yet since it’s August but the rest is working great. I thought the price was good for top quality components.

This is a great HVAC company. Patient, knowledgeable, very clear with pricing and up front. Arrived early, spent the time needed to really figure out the system and make the necessary repairs on AC and Furnace. The two techs that were on the call were both very professional and friendly. I recommend them to anyone that needs any type of HVAC work done.
