Our dog Jazz was starting to have trouble urinating and didn't eat her morning breakfast. I thought she had a simple infection or kidney stones. The vet very kindly fit her in at 4:30 that day. However it was discovered she had cancer... her prognosis was quite grim. She no doubt was starting to suffer and would have suffered far worse had they not got her as quick as they did. I'm forever grateful for that. The vet explained everything to me clearly and compassionately. Treated everyone with compassion and dignity. It took quite some time to euthanize her as she was fighting the sedative. Yet they didn't rush the process even tho it was getting quite late, as it took time to get an accurate diagnosis.Still it made an unexpected loss a little easier by their kindness shown. The entire staff is caring and compassionate. Just a great cohesive crew. I couldn't have asked more from them. They each went above and beyond for our beloved ole pup.

The gals at the Milliken Animal Hospital were so nice and took great care of my boy. He got his annual checkup and rabies shots and it was super affordable compared to some of the other clinics in Greeley. I recommend taking your pets there.

I've been taking my animals to Milliken Animal Hospital for many years. They were bought out by VCA but the vets and front office staff are still as amazing as ever! They have taken wonderful care of my dogs (large and small) and, in the past, my chickens and ducks. Milliken Animal Hospital even had a fantastic system in place during the whole nightmare pandemic and never ceased to provide excellent care. The one thing I do miss is that they can't see chickens and ducks anynore as there are no longer any vets that will see them.Picture is my senior English Sheppard as he was leaving Milliken Animal Hospital last week after his appointment. As you can see, happy smiles....it's been a blessing to have vets you can feel good going to when even your pet is all smiles when they're there!

Always top-notch service. They not only care about your pet. They care about you too. I've been going there since 2016.

The facility is clean and the staff were fantastic. Dr. G did a great job with our doggo, getting down on the floor for the examination. I think we found a great place for our animals to get their care.

Used to be a great affordable vet clinic but is now only in it for the money

This vet used to be awesome then they became VCA. Now the WORST vet possible. HORRIBLE communication and waited multiple times until my pet was almost out of medications to fill them with many phone calls and pressure from me. They could easily get bloodwork from my sedated cat but could not check the spot on his nose. (The whole reason he came in) and also did not even check what medications he was on or to make sure they were up to date. I had to fight to have this refilled and it still didn’t happened before vacation came. They then stopped prescribing this med and I found out after I CALLED because I was once again not getting my shipment. This vet is a terrible waste of time and money I HIGHLY do NOT recommend! And whatever you do DO NOT join that care club!!

I called in distress at 3pm heading back from picking up a new puppy in Denver….the puppy unfortunately had blood in her stools and I have two other animals at home. No way would I take her home to expose the others to ?? I was in by 4pm and she was treated promptly with professional and compassionate care!! My fur babies will never go anywhere else, they love them!

VCA Milliken Animal Hospital is amazing. I have been going there for many years, even before VCA came in. The name doesn't matter to me, it is the staff, the employees, the doctors, they are the ones that matter and they have always been so caring, helpful and loving to my animals. I am pretty sure I have dealt with each one of them at one point or another and all of them have always gone above and beyond.

We had been going here for years and they always go above and beyond. From getting kittens care to putting mature cats down. There is no need to go anywhere else.

This used to be our go to vet but since they were bought out we have seen several errors in our dogs files. Our dog was mistaken for our old dog in which the clinic has put down almost 4 years earlier. My mother in laws dog (boxer pit mix) was confused for her brother’s chihuahua. Additionally the chihuahua was mistakenly confused with the boxer in which I believe was given to much of a medicine and died later that day! To this we haven’t seen any fix to there errors or any apology for there errors! These things are things that shouldn’t happen when you trust your dog at a vet!

I had to take my cat Tiki in to put him to sleep. The entire staff at VCA were very kind and compassionate throughout the entire time. I can't say enough good things about them

Rude, unprofessional, and inhospitable at the front desk. Would not treat my 7yo black lab "without an exam" which is why I brought him. No other patients present and I got the impression they just didn't want my extremely uncomfortable (sudden onset of mouth/head pain/inflammation) dog as a patient. Wouldn't even peek at his medical records.
