I had an outstanding experience with the Johnstown post office today. My package showed as delivered to a parcel locker, but no key was left. When I called, the representative I spoke with was incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive. He immediately contacted the carrier, ensured the issue was resolved, and I received my package the same day. What truly impressed me was that they even called me after hours to confirm I had received it. Their customer service absolutely made my day - thank you so much for going above and beyond!”
“Im a seller for mercari and most of the staff in here is very nice. However there was an older gentleman working there who didn't like that I stood in line to get my items scanned. He told me i could put my packages in the drop off area to the right of him. The next time I brought a package in I put it where he told me to and it never got checked in and im pretty sure it was stolen. When I came back to ask him about filing a report he got very short with me. I continued to be nice to him and say thank you during this interaction and he just glared at me and said nothing. The package is completely gone and im out the money for it. I would've appreciated him helping me file a report for missing mail instead of being rude to me. Please dont tell people to place their packages where they could be lost or stolen. Also dont make sellers feel bad for ensuring our packages go where they need to. Suffice it to say I will never drop off another package without it getting scanned. This was 5/10 or 5/11 around 11 am. I would like this looked into because there were cameras there and my package was very likely stolen.”
