“Diane and Victor were wonderful! My car got hit and I took it here to get repaired. It was a bit of a process (aka nightmare) as the claims adjuster I had to work with was awful but Diane was especially helpful and was so patient every time I had to call and update her with what was going on regarding insurance to cover the repairs. When I picked up my car after it was finished I mentioned that I had been wanting to get my headlights polished as they were cloudy and dimming the lights. Victor mentioned a guy that worked at Gerber could help me out so I brought my car back a week later and they squeezed me in to take care of that. Great customer service goes a long ways these days and everyone here was great. I dealt specifically with Diane and Victor and they went out of their way to get my car in and fixed quickly knowing I was in town for only a brief time and needed my car fixed asap before leaving. Definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here if it ever needs auto body work!”
