Our guides were fantastic! Only thing I would note is that we brought exactly what was recommended for class supplies yet were charged $50. more to use their supplies. It mentions #4 weights ( which we brought) then had to buy #1 weights. Perhaps correct in the pre-day instructions to say #1 weights?
