I had the B.L.A.T and wow it was maybe the most amazing sandwich I have ever had. The amount of each ingredient was perfect and whatever mayo-like sauce was on the bread was DIVINE. The bread was also toasted to perfection. Wow.

Nice small Cafe in Minturn. We had breakfast there. Biscuits and gravy with eggs and hash browns. It was very good. I recommend this restaurant when in this part of Colorado.
