Stupid, opening hours are dumb and make no sense, so you're open well after parents would come nearby to drop off kids for school, and closed way earlier than school let's out so again parents coming to get their gets can't stop by just before or just after kids get out of school or in the morning, it makes absolutely no sense, and plenty of people work in the mornings during that time making it impossible for them to get there mail, and lastly holding my mail in particular when there is a new mailbox at the address and shouldn't have been held there. This place needs to make some serious changes, like immediately. Whoever decided the open hours aka schedule should be fired for incompetence.

I don’t understand why they are closed at 10am on a Saturday. It’s so hard to get our mail or send anything out.
