“My family and I are currently on a road trip coming from Texas, going to Gunnison CO. We had stopped in Roswell NM and had gotten an oil change at a Jiffy Lube. Our vehicle started to smoke several hours later into our trip and we could smell burning oil. Since it is Sunday, just about every auto repair shop was closed today in Monte Vista, but while we were driving through we spotted Raul working on a project in his shop. He dropped everything he had going on and checked our vehicle. He let us know that it had been over filled with oil and immediately corrected the issue by getting the level down to an acceptable level. I tried to pay him, but he insisted it was free. Thank you so very much Raul!! You are awesome!!”

“We were 1000 miles from home on vacation and camping in the mountains when my Nissan Frontier decided (for the second time on this trip) not to start for us. When I called family to keep them updated, they told me that locals love nothing more than a broken-down tourist and extended their sympathies. Hopes were not high. When other shops wouldn't come out to us because we were too far out or because they were booked through the following week, Caleb at Goodspeed made the effort to come get us and take our truck to the shop, which was 60 miles away. I'd be lying if I said everything after the call went perfectly, but Caleb went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were taken care of while he made arrangements to make sure we were comfortable and safe.

Caleb never oversold us on solutions and was more than good to his word when he told us the repair would be done by noon the following day. If there's is any complaint from this whole ordeal, it's that no one should have to apologize as much as Caleb did. He is not only one of the best people we met on this entire trip; he's one of the best people we've met in a good long while.

Not being from Colorado, it's not likely that I will ever require Goodspeed's services again, but if they were closer to home, they would have a customer for life! Thank you for getting us home safely and helping us salvage our vacation!”
