I HAVE NEVER CHARGED A CUSTOMER FOR A ESTIMATE ON A CAR OR TRUCK! if you have the paperwork that shows a charge for a ESTIMATE bring it back and i will refund your money X2.Just to be clear with Mr Romero's vehicle was put on a lift and suspension and drivetrain components were inspected for wear or failure . This is called inspection/diagnostics i spent over a hour checking for bad components nothing was found.A ESTIMATE is when a customer comes in and says "hey how much to put front brake pads on my vehicle" .. i simply quote them for parts and labor. That is a free estimate! Big difference between a Estimate and a inspection!

I am not from around this area and my car completely broke down. Although, traveling and timing being an issue I was lucky enough to find Automotive Experts. Raul is a very knowledgeable and hardworking individual. Raul went out of his way to accommodate my needs, he promised the work would be done and even though complications arised Raul worked extra to make sure he could complete the work in time. Raul has the best customer service and a trustworthy shop. Raul really cares for his costumers and hands down is the best mechanic I have done business with.

RAZZ HAS REALLY HELPS ME OUT IN MANY OCCASION , MY 2009 HUMMMER H3 WAS REALLY SHAKING ON LEFT HAND TURNS, WENT ON A RIDE WITH HIM HALF A BLOCK, AND TOLD ME FOUR WHEEL DRIVE BUTTON WAS ON , WHAT A RELIEF. MY WALKER I USE FOR MY MS HAD NO BRAKES HE TOLD ME TO COME BACK AFTER LUNCH. AFTER LUNCH HE BROUGHT BACK TWO BRAKE CABLES, HE PUT ONE ON, TOLD ME TO KEEP THE OTHER WHEN NEEDED. RAZZ ALSO DRILLED THREE 1/4 HOSES IN A 7/8 BAR FOR MY WALKER! RAZZ HAS DONE A LOT FOR A REASONABLE PRICE WHAT A FRIEND!!! WHAT A GUY....GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES AND HONEST, HARD TO FIND THESE DAYS! REALLY HARD TO FIND THESE DAYS!!! THANK YOU RAZZ!!!
