They just a loyal customer. They want you to do everything on the app, but the app doesn't function as need. I'm unable to open my previous file statements on the app although that is where they direct you. I called customer service and the first woman I spoke to pretended not to hear me and hung up. The second women I spoke to said that I would not be able to access the information from the app because H&R block doesn't save any information but app shows differently. How hard is it to fix a broken link? Or God forbid pull up my information on the back end like I've asked them to. Online was not the move for H&R block. Turbo tax is now the better option. Despicable

I had H&R Block do my taxes I went in early because I knew I’d be getting back some money. But they did them wrong according to a letter that my Colorado Revenuue people wrote.I went in with the letter immediately they took a copy and never heard from them again it’s been a month and I called and they took my number and no one‘s called me backI am very dissatisfied and always have had the best of luck with H&R Block.
