Mountain King Potatoes is known for a pleasant Saturday visit. The check in is easy and paperwork is loaded in hand quickly, less than an hour. OTR drivers find the office easy, though they may need to go to the scale across the street. The paperwork from the shipper has net weight, but sometimes a weight ticket is not enough. Drivers have to go back to the scale, then to the door, and sometimes deal with empty pallets in their trailer. The scale costs about $10 or $12 and accepts credit cards. The facility is open Saturday until 6pm, but sometimes the hours are not updated. Deliveries go smoothly.

Maybe it’s just the weekdays that has everybody else in a huff. Just had a Saturday appointment and everyone was pleasant. Easy check in and loaded with paperwork in hand in less than and hour. Thanks y’all
