I've been living with ALS for 7 years and have been using Aerocare for 2 years. Honestly it's been a rollercoaster but I think they are taking steps to correct problems. I just had a home visit from a man named John to help me with my ventilator he was professional and knowledgeable. Satisfied ??

This company has been a nightmare to deal with and I hope to never have to deal with them again. I strongly suspect that I am being charged for things that I don't owe but I cannot get the documentation needed to prove it.I received a CPAP machine late last year for a medical condition. My insurance company covered half the cost and I made payments for the other half. Every month, I've been invoiced for random charges. The invoices were never detailed in telling me why I was being charged. I called the customer service number and they were a huge disappointment. I was told that my account was set up to auto-order and ship supply refills (without my permission) and that my charges were to cover the supplies. She also told me that they don't charge you all at once for the supplies, it's broken down over several payments which makes no sense at all. These random charges span from a few dollars all the way up to around $100. They are never uniform outside of the monthly charge for the machine.I have now paid off my machine and have stopped ordering supplies altogether yet I just got an invoice for another bill. I have called and requested a detailed analysis of all my charges but I was told that it's not possible to generate. I cannot help but to believe that is an outright lie. I am searching for a legal recourse to get the documents I need to find out if I have been fraudulently charged.I will never order supplies from this company or work with them in any way. I highly suggest you find another avenue to get whatever it is you need.

With having informed Aero Care regarding my concentrator quiting 2 - 3 times during the night the rep. stated it would take a week to replace it. At that time I was give'n a date to have the replacement brought to Ouray at which time I asked for a day's heads up phone call at which time "we" could determine a more exact time of delivery. The day before, no phone call. The day it was to be delivered I received a phone call at 12:00 asking if I would be home in 30 minutes. I asked the delivery person what happened to the phone call the day before with her reply of "I don't know" followed by a chuckle on her part. I asked if we could make the appt. time for tomorrow, Fri., at 9 a.m. and if so I also requested a phone call prior to her leaving Montrose. Friday morning came and no phone call. After I left Delta after a late appt. I stopped by the Aero Care office explaining the situation with great disgust ESPECIALLY with Brittney's chuckle at the lack of communication and delivery of a needed medical devise.Later that day Luke called me and verified exactly what unit I had which needed replaced saying he would be able to exchange the unit asap, which was somewhat refreshing. While chatting with Luke during the exchange I suggested that I was a bit irrate having been a customer for several years AT WHICH TIME Luke stated "I don't look at you or others in your situation as customers. Instead I look at you all as our patients." Well now, what a concept and what an employee Aero Care has on staff. Brittney needs to takes some notes from employee Luke! ! !

We needed oxygen to transport our dog for an emergency surgery. We all had to figure out what we needed for an oxygen animal crate over a typical human oxygen mask. AeroCare Holdings was wonderful and extremely accommodating to work with. The crate worked perfectly. We are very thankful to everyone who helped us save our dog’s life.
