Je remercie chaleureusement Yury pour son implication, efficacité et professionnalisme alors que notre problème de vehicule ne concernait pas cette agence Alamo mais celle de Aspen qui n'ont fait aucun effort pour tout. Il a vite compris la problématique et avait mémorisé que nous l'avions appelé la veille. Le véhicule était prêt le lendemain à l'heure à laquelle il nous avait dit de passer pour trouver une solution. Nous étions tellement contents!Ce garçon a sauvé notre Road Trip en nous restitutiant non seulement un SUV mais avec 4 roues motrices en bonus.Merci Yury nous avons pensé à vous quand nous étions dans des endroits assez périlleux comme celle de la photo où nous étions en bas d'un canyon ?

I made a reservation a couple of months for two weeks in Cozumel. The reservation was accepted. Today I went to the reservation to check in and I was notified that I am too old to rent their car. There was nothing on there reservation system that noted this age restriction, except I had to be 25. Went to Hertz who were great in helping me book with them. Thanks Alamo....never will use your company again.

I prepaid for a full size truck Tundra/Silverado and when I arrived on time they did not have a truck or anything with a tow hitch to offer me. We have a cabin that requires us to haul water in a trailer up the mountain. The rep stated there was nothing he could do and a truck would not be available to me. They offered me a refund that would take 7-10 days if I wanted to take my business elsewhere.

Reserved a van at Alamo in Montrose from Feb 21- Feb 25 on January 16. My flight on the 21st was cancelled due to a weather issue but was rebooked for the next morning. I called the Alamo 800 number to advise them that I would not be picking the van up on the 21st but would be in on the 22nd. Was told by the rep that their policy does not permit that & the whole reservation would be cancelled. I offered to pay up front for the rental, again advised that this was not possible. Luckily I found the local Montrose number for Alamo and Carlton(branch manager) told me that not to worry & the van would be waiting for me upon arrival on the 22nd. Great customer service by Carlton! My advise: never call the 800 number for Alamo. Go local!

The vehicle was fine. When I returned it there was no one at the desk so I dropped off the key in the drop box. I have not as yet received an emailed receipt.

We rented an SUV weeks in advance. We called and confirmed several times and were reassured each time that they had exactly what we needed, including the day before. When we went to pick up the vehicle, we were given a Ford F150 pickup truck. We rented the SUV because we needed room to seat 7 people as well as luggage. This is what we booked and paid in advance for. When we questioned why we didn't get the SUV, the lady at the business responded, "This will seat 7 people." We have a car seat, and there is absolutely no way we can get 7 people in a pickup truck, not to mention securing our belongings. We will never again use Alamo Rental in Montrose.
