“We cannot overstate how great this shop has been in a really difficult time for us. My husband hit a deer with our Subaru and we used insurance to get it repaired with Montrose Auto Body- they did a GREAT job on the repairs, ensuring that everything was fixed, using genuine Subaru parts. The insurance initially quoted a much lower price to repair and they were able to successfully negotiate the much higher repair costs to make sure everything was done right. It was such a smooth and painless process. Unfortunately, 6 days after getting our car back, I hit a huge deer in the same exact spot on the car as the last hit, so we sent it back to MAB. But it didn’t go as well this time and insurance declared it a total loss. This came at an awful time for us, as we could not afford a new car or the cost to repair the car, so we decided to keep it and ask a friend to just fix it enough to make it safe and driveable. It took us awhile to figure out how to get it towed back to our house 90 miles away (over 30 days), and we didn’t realize storage fees would be incurred in that time, so we were shocked and worried when we finally got the tow truck ready to get it back home and realized we owed a lot of money in storage fees that we couldn’t afford. Thankfully, the folks at MAB were empathetic and generous enough to waive the fees and wish us well. There was no advantage to them to waive these fees, it was just good intentions and good customer service. Definitely recommend taking your car here if you want it done right, especially if insurance is on the hook for it!”

“These guys are awesome! I asked them to just take a peek at my non-functioning windshield washer fluid just to see if a hose had fallen off. They went above and beyond, finding a hose that had been chewed through, and replacing it along with my air filter, all on a basic oil change, quickly and with a smile! They definitely have my repeat business.”

“I just need to brag on these guys for a minute- my trucks oil refill cap cracked and was spewing oil. We were literally stranded at a truck stop with no way to move. The gentleman working here were kind enough to drive the oil and the cap to us and help make adjustments so it would fit. You absolutely do not find that kind of customer care and kindness every day. They had no obligations to us and didn't make anything near what a mechanic would make for a road call. Just the cost of parts. That kind of service is so rare.I have so much appreciation for this company and their dedicated team. They definitely saved the day!!”
“Extremely helpful staff - I had accidentally purchased the wrong wiper blade previously, and even though I’d lost my receipt they went the extra mile to look up my purchase and only charged me the difference in price for my new wiper blade. “Here's a story with a very happy ending!! It's 5:00, I just got off work and my darn car won't start. I know it's because my battery is 6 years old, time for a new one. I get it jump started with help from a co-worker, but I don't dare shut it off. I call AutoZone, and lucky for me, Jeremy W answers the phone. He offers a few price ranges for the new battery, then tells me the one I want is in stock. Hallelujah!! I tell him I will be right there. When I arrive Jeremy sells me the new battery, and then installs it, at no charge to me. A little over an hour later, I am on my way home. Thank you, Jeremy. :-)
