“I had a great experience! I was having a bad day with a broken down vehicle and late to work. The folks at this Enterprise had me in a rental vehicle within 10 minutes of me showing up. Not only that, but I only needed a small vehicle and all they had was a small pickup. The nice young lady gave me the truck and only charged me for a small car. Upon finishing up with my rental, I dropped off the truck and was out of there in less than 5 minutes. I would definitely use this Enterprise again should I ever need it. Thank you for turning a bad day into a great experience!”

“Fantastic customer service! My flight had been cancelled and I had to totally change airlines, causing me to arrive later. So, I figured I had to reserve with a different rental company since the hours said they'd be closed. But to my surprise Libby calls while I'm traveling - catching me off guard and confused at first since I don't ever expect follow-up like this. She asks if my flight had changed since she saw the cancellation of my earlier flight. Note I'd never contacted them about this - very proactive! So I confirm with Libby, she stays later just for me (something like 5 hours after my original reservation and about that many after they technically are closed, through several flight delays - and I confirmed I was the only one she was waiting for), and on top of that I get a vehicle better than what I had originally reserved. Just totally unexpected and above and beyond - this branch is doing it right. And the other place I reserved for the later time? Never heard from them. If you're flying into Montrose Airport, book here and you'll be taken care of!”
