Velocity Self-Serve Carwash is a coin-operated self-serve and automatic wash facility. The staff is great, sweet, and provides great service, quickly sorting out any technical issues. They are very kind and very quick to fix machines if something does not work. The wash selections are fine and the equipment works fine, with a spot-free rinse that works well. The facility is great and very clean. Customers can use a credit card and there are free vacuums. The price is worth it. It is noted as the best coin-op wash, with awesome staff and management, making customers very happy with the service.
Pulled in with our truck and camper to wash off some of the bugs from our drive. The attendant noticed that the machine wasn't taking our bills, so he came over, swiped his card, and let us use the car wash for 20 minutes free of charge.

Had a problem with the payment system. Guy came right over to help me out. Very friendly and great customer service.

For $2 you get 2 minutes to wash your vehicle. They should add a little more time since it takes a few seconds for the soap to change to rinse water. Like the free vacs, though.
