I have been going to Colemans for years. They keep you informed if you do need work done. This winter i was asking about my tires when i got my oil changed he said to come back in August and see how they are doing. Well I came back the end of June since the tires felt like it was time. They ordered my tires and put them on my car. I could tell the difference as soon as Idrove away. They also installed some floor mats I had ordered. I did not know they carried floor mats until i told them about mine. They installed my floor mats and these cover most of my floor and a lot heavier then the ones that came with the car. The people there are so nice and friendly and I trust them and that means a lot to me. My friend had told me about them when i was upset taking my car to the dealer. Thanks again for keeping my car in good shape.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could..highly recommend to NEVER go here. Very unskilled mechanics and absolutely no regard for their customers. All they are interested in is the money! I will tell everyone I know not to use this place. We have spent thousands of dollars here after years of using them and will never step foot in this place again. The owner can say anything he wants, I have been warned by many about him multiple times to never use him or this shop. Imagine a mechanic who works on luxury cars saying that “parts were held together by superglue”… he was the sole mechanic on the vehicle for 4 years before saying that. Per our phone call conversation with this issue, he told me “no one challenges what I say and you’re fired from this shop”… terrible experience.

I called Coleman Auto about a noise in the front of my vehicle. They were able to get to my vehicle in just two days. Turns out the bearing was out on the front axel and the tires were separating. Troy and his team replaced the bearing and sold me a quality set of tires. My vehicle has never been so quiet at freeway speeds! Thank you guys!

Really good at what they do. You'd be hard pressed to find a better alignment shop for aftermarket suspensions.

Should have read the reviews. I have tried 3 times to get in to talk with someone about my vehicle. I have got to the lady that answers the phone, but no further. The place is either really busy or they just don't want my business. Oh just to let you know. My last call to them was for a oil leak on my truck. The oil leak is a very common problem with my engine. I have it all opened up and they want 80 buck for an estimate. Go figure.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great job and very professional. Was in a bind while traveling and needed alignment and suspension work and they were able to get me in the next day and did excellent work. I’m so appreciative of everyone at the shop!

I called to get an estimate on some work I needed done on our truck. The lady told me they don't give estimates over the phone, they would have to look at the truck. I told her I knew what was wrong with it, it needed a heater core, but she said I still needed to bring it it. So we made an appointment and took it in. When I get there, the guy asks me if I was told that there was a charge for diagnosis. I said no, but I saw the huge sign that said "No free diagnosis. Minimum $75 charge". Silly me, I should have left then and there, but I was hoping that the work would not cost that much and the diagnosis would be worth it. A couple hours later, I get a call saying that the heater core would cost $1300. That was waaaaaay out of my budget. We go to pick up the truck and the bill for the diagnosis is $80 ($3.75 charge for shop supplies...). I'm not sure about everyone else, but I have never heard of an automotive shop charging for diagnosis. I told the lady that my dad was an ASE Master Technician who never charged for diagnosis, and that I didn't know people did that. She said that they never used to have that charge. Okay, great, that explains a lot. As I was waiting for her to rob my debit card of $80, I saw a sign that was not there the day before about what you should expect if you want to bring your own parts. There were probably a dozen different bullet points, but the ones I remember were: if you want them to use your own parts, make sure you bring all of the tools you want them to use; make sure you bring all of the fluids and anything else they will need; be prepared to provide them with clothing to wear while installing your parts, including size 9 boots for some tech; be prepared to wait in case your part was the wrong one; be prepared to seek legal counsel should something go wrong while they are installing your part and have to go on workers comp; sign a waiver stating you will not hold them responsible should something happen while installing your part. Is it just me or does this shop not want business? My dad didn't really like when customers brought their own parts, but he never treated them like garbage if they did. He installed their parts anyway and that was that. To sum it up, don't take your vehicle here. There are plenty of other shops to try if you are shopping for a new mechanic like we are. I am surprised this place has stayed in business this long with the way they treat their customers.

I have previously written rave reviews about this place and I still like the people but my last three diagnostic experiences have not been good. I won't be going back.

Great experience, Debbie was friendly and helpful, Troy answered questions beforehand, and your tech explained findings, corrections an answered additional questions. Price was fair as well.
