Highly recommend Samantha! She absolutely understood the goal for covering my grey roots while at the same time giving some highlights and lowlights for a natural look with dimension. She did an amazing job.

I will never ever give any good review, the lady hair stylist was complaining about how she was hating her job and not getting enough money and how she wasn't getting enough on tips. What makes me hate this place and does not deserve any star what so ever, a chunk of my hair was cut off! Just because she was assuming that I wouldn't know and wouldn't care!!!!!! I made myself clear that I was in need of service and what I did want and what I did not want being polite about it the entire time I was there and bought what I needed. I WILL NEVER TELL A LIVING SOUL NO LESS A PERSON TO TAKE A LOVED ONE THERE. EVER!!!!
THIS PLACE NEEDS YO BE SHUT DOWN!!
THEY ARE MORE ABOUT WHAT THEY WANT TO DO AND BE PAID AND TIP ABOVE $20 FOR BUTCHERING YOUR HAIR!

My experience was with Tom. Went in for a trim not a cut. Told him I was growing my hair out and wanted to keep the length. He cut off close to 2 inches cutting off over a years growth. Then curled my hair to look like one of Dolly Parton's wigs when I kept telling him that I would never wear it that way. No active listening and now I have to start all over growing my hair out. Also had to go elsewhere to get the layers blended. Complete disaster!

Oh my goodness! Renee is such a sweet nail tech! I absolutely loved going here to get a pedicure with my friend. Renee readjusted her schedule just to fit us in. It's hard to get appointments since I'm only in a state for about a week at a time. Renee did a great job on my pedicure. She was so conversational, thorough, and kind. She is fairly new to doing nails so I was impressed by her work. The salon was a little hard to find at first, but it was really cute. It has that classic hair salon smell that I absolutely love. If I lived here I would definitely come back. It seems like a great place to build some connections in the community.

I booked a last minute appointment with Vanessa to fix a diy touch up gone wrong. I’m so thankful she was able to get me in last minute, especially considering I was a new client and it was right before the holidays. We only had two hours for the appointment, but I walked out of there with new hair! I can’t believe how much she got done in that short amount of time, color and cut. The price was actually less than I had spent at other local salons - I have a lot of hair and require more product/dye to get the job done. Vanessa was super thorough and professional with the color application, and my hair is still soft a week later.Services: Haircut

Very disappointing. My regular stylist had to leave the business, and she recommended Vanessa at Color Connection. Aside from the higher that the national average and nearly 30%-50% more than my previous stylist ($160 for highlights and cut) she barely trimmed my hair. If she put 5 minutes into it I'm exaggerating. I thought I'd give it a week or so to see if it will work, but after nearly 2 weeks my hair looked shaggy and the color was fading - my roots were clearly dark. I called her to see if she would fix it and was flatly rejected, unless of course I want to pay her again!I travel nearly weekly and have neither the time nor the inclination to obsess over my hair, but she said I waited too long to call her. I guess that extra 7 days was the tipping point. Typical lack of customer service we all have grown to expect but that I will continue to NOT accept. Chalk it up to an expensive lesson learned, and although they are independent stylists it has soured me to the whole establishment. I won't be back.Service: Haircut
