Some of the best prices for the size storage unit you get and probably the most secure in Montrose Colorado your going to find and the costumer service is amazing if you're having a bad day just stop in there and they'll make you feel better ?

Terrible service.A. No internet services to book, nothing but cash. The counter person assigned me 4 storage units in 24 hrs, couldn't figure out what was open to rent.couldnt draft contract before I left. 2 weeks go by, then moving day.. found out they were rented by someone else. No staff on weekend. I asked for a termination of contract. Refunded 39.00. Out of 120.00 and cost me 3 days work and no storage. Terrible service

Went through Colorado Self Storage for a U-haul and would have gotten a storage unit but they were sold out. Had to keep the truck for an extra day and the ladies working made it an awesome experience for my fiancee and I.

We dropped off our U Haul here when moving up from Arizona and that was a good experience. However, my mom who is 78 years old and on a tight budget, rented a temporary 10x10 storage unit from here for us before we arrived. We ended up not using it so my mom called to cancel and asked if she could get a pro-rated refund back and they said no. When I heard this, I called them back a few hours later and said since we didn't want to cancel if they cannot give a refund. They informed me they had already rented it. I responded that since they already rented it, then they could give my mom a refund but they refused. I have put in a message to have a manager call me but have not heard back from anyone yet. What ever happened to just doing what is right? If this situation is amended I will happily take down this review. At this point, I do not recommend Colorado Self Storage.
