I dropped in for a workout while visiting the area for a few days. This gym was wonderful! The staff and other members were very friendly. The gym is spacious with a large variety of weights and machines. I’m bummed I’m only in town for such a short time, I would love to work out a few more times.

Can't think of a better way to find community after just moving to the area. Large gym, kind members, and competitive, but very welcoming, atmosphere. The coaches are very knowledgeable and intentional in their approach, and I am extremely grateful to have found CrossFit Agoge!
