they never answer the phone or follow up with you approved or not approved prescriptions. you have to physically go into the pharmacy counter to get help. frustrating..

A pharmacy closed on saturday and sunday ? Totally unacceptible. I will no longer use cvs as my pharmacy. Ever since Stacey left there it has gone downhill. If I can reach corporate somehow I WILL RAISE HELL !

Found out 10/9.2023 that our favorite Pharmacy CVS Montrose Colorado. that the 2 best pharmacist that we have ever worked with had to walk out of the CVS in our town... It's too bad that in a customer service industry that the CVS management is so poor that they are willing to let a location fail. To go to pick up prescriptions, and find the location closed due to REALLY poor management, is beyond disappointing. CVS , step up and do the right thing, take care of your employees... The replacement pharmacy staff get really beat up due to really bad management...

I called ahead for a script. I got there and was the only person there. I was told to come back later because she was srill working on scripts from the morning. Wait. I was at the store needing my script but she couldn't fill it because she was busy filling for people not there? I was told to come back later but they close in 30 minutes and I still haven't been notified that it's ready. Not pleased at all. Montrose has terrible choices for pharmacies. Maybe I need to try Walmart.

Have been very helpful on the phone. Prices have gone up so much that shopping around is required. I appreciate the guy (sorry didn't grab his name) who took a few minutes to help today. Prices aren't the cheapest but they've been the most helpful in town.

we need more workers on saturday its the busiest day of the week with loads of people off work getting there meds .. the pharmacy was very busy with only one worker , Amber the pharmacist had to check out people , give shots , helping customers ,the girl needs help , she did a great job but she can only be in one place at a time..In these time when no one wants to work ,let please be respectful of the workers we have, Thank u Tina Hall

I wasted a LOT of time trying to call to check on my new prescription. It's new so I can't use a prescription number to check automatically. It was ridiculously hard to talk to a human, and when I did they put me on endless hold. My husband finally reached someone today and confirmed it was ready. I came by a few hours (maybe 3?) later to pick up. The same pharmacist who told him it was ready had just put it back because it had been 10 days. After she just spoke with him- she told me she spoke to him- but she put it back anyway. AND she refused to refill it now because it's close to closing, she kept saying she'll restart it in the morning and I have to wait until tomorrow. I would never use this pharmacy because customer service is awful.

The CVS is located inside of the target store. It has some of the most helpful and pleasant pharmacist I have ever met. They truly go above and beyond to help their customers. Generally, prescription costs have been lower than Walgreens. I suppose this also depends on a person's insurance. From what I gather, Walmart or one of the grocery-based pharmacies I sometimes be a better value but generally speaking I have been pleased with the pricing at CVS for both pharmacy and over the counter items.
