Called and cancelled both electric and internet service before the end of the month. Electric service was processed immediately. Elevate did not shut off as instructed and kept billing incorrectly over and over. It took two months to resolve, and then only when I paid a partial month that I should not have owed.

Daryl and Christian from Elevate Tech Support were amazing at helping to quickly troubleshoot early morning router issues! I work from home with a day full of online meetings, and I was back online before my workday began. Friendly, personable service where an actual person answers the call and is knowledgeable to help on the spot. Thank you both for saving the day! I highly recommend Elevate!

The problem with this provider is they do not have the infrastructure to support all the clients it has in Montrose and the surrounding areas and why they continuously have network issues. I had to get a second ISP so that I can work from home on a consistent basis without interruption.

Our DMEA service was installed 22 September along with the conduit for Elevate. I immediately called Elevate to establish 1gig service ASAP. My wife hoped to work from home. We were scheduled for a final in home installation 6 October, with other work done before that.It is now 26 October and we have had zero progress. We have had poor communication. No work at home. No MLB playoffs. No NFL. Yet more evidence of a need for mandatory national service. I hope Elevate’s local manager will invite me over for the World Series.I'm modifying my one start review to three stars on Dec 23, 2023. The Elevate internet and TV have worked very well, and the in-house installers were really excellent. I feel it is only fair to balance out my rating to reflect this.

Outstanding service! Installation technicians Isaac and Josh were kind, courteous, helpful, clean and quick. Our Internet works everywhere in our house, even the spots that didn't before. We do not even have to use our extenders anymore. I am so happy Elevate is here and hiring local folks! Thanks for a great start to our holiday! High speed in Delta County?! Wow!

I have had this service since the beginning of the year. I have not had a single issue. My family also recently changed over and they said the customer service has been great. Keep it up Elevate!

I've never had such excellent Internet service as I do now with Elevate. I've had uninterrupted fast Internet for almost 3 years, now for the first time we've been having issues with our connection. A call to tech support was all I needed. They didn't run me around in circles trying to reset my modem. They checked internal programming, made some necessary adjustments and came out to upgrade my modem and now I am flying fast again. Thank you Elevate!

Elevate has been my go-to since I moved here in 2018. It was the only company recommended to me by people when I moved. I have only had to call support once, and they were super helpful.

Carl was knowledgeable,calm and very patient, I am almost 80 yrs old and he took his time and answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. So nice and didn’t rush, amazing for one so young. Thank you Carl and thank you Elevate for making our installation pleasant.

Internet is amazing along with the new equipment that allows me to put guidelines and rules to what can be searched! Kid safe! Also is very reliable and if there is an outage the crews are fast to get it fixed no matter the weather!

We use Elevate for our home and four businesses and have been delighted with the service. It was an incredible improvement from the slow TDS option in our area, and the fast, friendly customer service provided by local people has spoiled us--we'll never use any other internet company.

Wow, where do I start? Today is the third install appointment that Elevate has no showed. My first appointment scheduled for Aug 3rd, 2 days after I moved in, so I wouldn’t be without access. Like most of us I use the internet for many things but I also use the web for business, also pretty common these days. Aug 3rd arrives and the install team of three comes in, sets up a modem and then pauses, they seem confused. They tell me there is a problem outside and I will have to schedule another install. Which is what I thought they were here to do? Now I’m confused. Second install set for Aug 17th, 2 weeks later. Apparently Elevate is not in a rush to fix their mistake. Aug 17th arrives and no one shows up. I call Elevate to see where the install team is and they seem confused, they put me on hold and then ask if I can be called back. On call back it is confirmed my appointment was forgot about, with a million excuses of corse, blaming me at times. After some in person conversation it’s promised everything will be complete by Aug 23rd end of day. Here we are, Aug 23rd at 6pm, I’ve lost a months worth of not only work, but more importantly, progress. I’ve set aside 3 separate days from work, friends and any plans, for nothing. And in-turn upset relationships with business contacts and friends that are in my life on a regular basis. For what, for an internet company I will not have any interaction with after install. So after a very confusing experience. If there is any other choice out there for your internet needs I strongly suggest using another provider. Anyone but Elevate! Even if it’s slower because at least you’ll have some access and you won’t have to go through what I have. Sheesh

Early afternoon Friday my Elevate provided router went out so I called customer service/technician who had me try a different electrical outlet, then reset everything by unplugging. Nothing worked and the little green power light indicated no power. I was referred to the next higher level who was to call me. It is now Tuesday and still no call. Thankfully I had a router before my Elevate days and plugging it in it worked perfectly . Too bad the original tech could not tell me that other routers can work with their fiber network. If I was a little less savvy I would be going on 5 days without internet.
