I had the most amazing experience at this (so called) Verizon location. I went in to buy a new Verizon Jetpac. I was told that the only one they had in stock had been used, but only for two days and was fine. I bought it. But that evening and the next day it didn’t work. It just kept crashing and disconnecting. So I immediately took it back to the Verizon store (which turned out to be Russell Cellular) to return it. The sales lady told me I could return it but I had to pay the $40 set-up fee and a $50 restocking fee. She said that was the company policy regardless of whether their product worked or not. I find this astounding. I have been a Verizon customer for many years. I do not understand how they can allow Russell Cellular to use their name and operate so unethically.

I stopped in to shop for a new plan, and Haylie had me in and out in 10 minutes. For someone who hates dealing with cell phone issues, this was so amazing. The four or five times I've had issues and stopped here, the service has been excellent. Thank you!

Haylie is the best Verizon sales rep there is. She knows everything and got me a new phone, additional line and everything set up in no time. 6/5 would recommend 69% of the time every time.

This Verizon store has the BEST staff you could ever interact with in a cell phone store. Tanya worked with us on a transition to a new plan as well as setting up new phones. She was absolutely wonderful! They're patient, understanding and know what they're doing!

Russell Cellular Cortland, Ohio. Stopped by for a phone charger. On a fixed income.Told I could have a wonderful deal on a phone upgrade. Advised I did not want my monthly bill to go up. Was told, with this deal and a discount, your bill will be the same, if you also sign up for autopay. Paid "start up" fee. Checked my first bill and what my projected monthly bill will be. First bill is over $70.00 than my usual amount. My monthly bill has gone up $30.00. Was charged another "set up" fee and an upgrade fee "which is standard" (but I was not told by Russell employee). With add ons, paid $200 that day at Russell. This has turned out to be an expensive phone charger. Be wary. Be Specific with Questions. Slick. Left phone message for manager to call back, no reply. Thankfully, Verizon itself is being very helpful.

Tanya was awesome. She had several customers in the store at once and she was the only person working. Tanya was able to take care of everybody and not leave anybody waiting. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will come back when she is working to buy a new iPad soon. Thanks, Tanya!

Went in to set up a hot spot,I had called prior, but information was Different in person..annoying. Was unable to complete transaction. Both agents were friendly but Verizon and Location are not jiving.

Could I make it 10 stars? I wanted to keep my Verizon account but needed to upgrade to the simplest 4g equipment. Corporate didn't want to support that and other stores couldn't begin to figure out how. You all, all three of you, worked together and did what "couldn't be done" and even got my contacts imported! The best customer service ever!

My phone was a mess and dying. Tanya did everything possible to save my data and get me a new phone. She even stayed late on a cold night to complete my phone set up.Plus she was incredibly confident and nice to boot. Thanks ?

We went there approximately 3 weeks ago to utilize a $800 loyalty iPhone 13 credit. The phones were ordered and arrived for us to pick up today. Come to find that our current plan did not go with the phone promo. We were not told that at the time we ordered the phones. We would have upgraded to the correct plan. Unfortunately we were told “all was good” just to find out we can not use the promo on our current plan and the promo expired yesterday. Very bad service. Their solution was they will let the other employee know her mistake. Unfortunately that does not help us.
