Casey from across the street location helped us get on our way when we got there at closing time due to sitting in the road for an hour and a half from construction nearby. She patiently waited for us, and actually had the exact vehicle I wanted but unfortunately the seat broke while cleaning it so she had a backup for us and she was in such good spirits the whole time, she even brought us out ice cold water while packing the car because it was a hot day. Definitely recommend this location and talking to Casey!

I was very pleased with the Service that I received at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Montrose Colorado. They were efficient, kind and easy to work with! They even offered me a free upgrade.

Lengthy line after arrival. To be expected after a landing in a small airport. My advice is that if you're traveling with another person have one get in line and the other wait for luggage at baggage claim. Wish the wife and I would've done this. Only had to wait about 30 minutes but if one of us would've got in line it would have made us leaving the airport more streamline. Overall good experience as usual with enterprise.

I rented a car from an Enterprise in Phoenix and ran into some issues while driving it up in Colorado and Utah. I got the runaround from multiple other enterprise locations in Utah before finally getting help from the Montrose and Grand Junction locations. Carlton went out of his way to help us even though they had a car shortage. Jesse gave the best customer service when we finally arrived feeling tired and completely dismissed by other locations. THANK YOU to this team. They are exceptional!

I reserved an F150 pickup truck. I wound up getting a Ram 2500 diesel. That's OK, mileage wasn't what I was hoping for and I was planning a long road trip with tools and equipment in the truck. It appears the truck was dropped off a few hours before I picked it up, and the previous renter was a hard user. The carpeted interior was soaking wet (literally dripping), all 4 wheel wells were packed with an ice/mud mixture, slow leak in a tire, and needed an oil change and fuel filter replacement. It worked out fine, but could have been better. I believe all of their F150's were in recall, so they were short on inventory.

I rented a truck in June and I show up in November to a mini-van. I was not given consideration for the change. Yeah. I got a two wheel drive car in November in the Colorado mountains in the snow.

I rented a car at the Montrose CO airport for a week. Near the end of our trip we were considering flying out of Grand Junction and called to see if could just drop the car there instead, which is about one hour up the road. They said sure, for an extra $650! So I asked what if I just rent a car one way from Montrose to Grand Junction, they said then it would only be $200. So why not just charge me $200 to change the drop location? We were coming from the south so we would be driving through Montrose to get to Grand Junction anyway, so of course we would have just returned the first car and rented the second for the one hour drive to Grand Junction and saved $450. But it would have been much easier for them and us to just take the car we already had to Grand Junction instead of changing out cars in Montrose. Why would they want to do double the paperwork and clean two cars, oh yeah I forgot....so they could gouge us on the price. Either way it was too much so we just flew back out of Montrose.

Enterprise offers the absolute BEST customer service. Our agent Carlton not only had a better vehicle waiting for us upon arrival, but he gave our family a 4x4 six passenger truck. Our experience in Colorado was so much more fun thanks to the truck. Carlton at the Montrose Airport is the best agent we have ever experienced with Enterprise. That is saying a LOT since all of the Enterprise agents are wonderful.

Enterprise is usually friendly and efficient. When I arrived, no one was at the counter and there was no sign posted as to what was going on. All other companies were dispatching cars. A group of us waited 15 minutes before a woman arrived- no apology, no niceties. She passed the contract over, did not go over anything and told me to sign at the bottom. Completely unfriendly and I would go with another company at Montrose next time.

I have to say if I don't have to, I will not rent from the Grand Junction airport location because of and incident in December. However the staff at Montrose airport are exceptional. They took care of everything that cropped up. They understand the meaning of customer service!! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!! As far as I am concerned you have redeemed my faith in your organization.

I was charged for 5 gallons of fuel at $5.00 + a gallon. I rented a car with 5/8 tank of fuel and returned it with 3/4 tank of fuel. Ripoff. Look elsewhere.
