We purchased a new GMC used car this summer and then after about two weeks the motor went out. Probably around $5K plus to fix it. So, we called the dealership and they told us to bring it in. There were serious issues with the motor and they made a few attempts to fix if for free! The motor was in bad shape, things that you wouldn't have fond in a normal inspection, all issues were internal. I'm sure the dealership did a full inspection when they received the car. They then said that the motor needs to be replaced and replaced it free of charge. Technically, they weren't obligated to do that, but did it anyway. This is a family business that offers great deals and takes care of their customers and community members. Please go to this dealership if you need a car. If for some reason you get a bad deal, they will make it right. This is the kind of business the community should support, because they go out of their way to take car of their customers. This will be the only place me and my family will purchase a car from here on out. Best car dealership in the western slope!

I recently bought my first car from Flower Motors and it was an incredible experience! They explained everything to me and made the process easy and wonderful. Absolutely recommend buying from them.

Terrible service department! While vacationing in Colorado my jeep died and I had to get it towed to the nearest dealer which was flower. I had to pay for a 1 way rental to be able to get home to San diego since flower couldn't look at my car for at least a week, so i didn't qualify for a free rental while waiting for repairs. I constantly called asking for an update and my advisor never called me back. I emailed my advisors manager which didn't help. I contacted jeep cares hoping getting a case open with them that that'd get the ball rolling. I guess the service department had enough of me and finally after 6 weeks i called for an update and they said it's ready and the whole time I was stuck at home without a car!I flew from San Diego to montrose and i get there and there's still a check engine light on the dash and i start driving down the road and a message comes on the dash that the car will not restart after 200 miles. So I had to drive all the way home to San diego without turning the car off otherwise I'd be stranded. Wth did they do for 6 weeks? They didn't even fix my car! When I got home after a 14 hour drive I plugged in my code reader and there is 9 codes! Now I'm going to get it really fixed in San Diego where there's competition between dealers vs a monopoly in montrose.Thank God I don't ever need to go to flower again.

A Refreshing Experience of Exceptional ServiceIn my journey of seeking automotive services, I've had my fair share of encounters with dealerships that left me frustrated and disappointed. However, my recent experience at Flower Motor Company Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram service was nothing short of a revelation, showcasing the stark contrast between excellence and mediocrity in the world of auto services. My saga began when I attempted to replace the brakes and pads on my Jeep by myself. Unfortunately, rust had taken its toll, and I ended up inadvertently damaging the backing plate and e-brake. Faced with this unexpected setback, I hesitantly reached out to Jim from the service department to explain my predicament. To my surprise and immense relief, Jim's response was a breath of fresh air in the often-stale world of automotive service. Unlike my previous experiences with other dealerships, Jim didn't dismiss my concerns or show indifference. Instead, he displayed a genuine and empathetic understanding of my situation. Without hesitation, he offered to immediately investigate the issue and provide a solution. This level of customer care was both astonishing and greatly appreciated. Jim's professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made my visit a memorable one. The service that followed was nothing short of top-notch. The technicians not only fixed the damage efficiently but also took the time to ensure that my Jeep was in perfect working order. My experience with them left me pondering why all dealerships couldn't be as exceptional as this one. It's evident that they prioritize customer satisfaction and understand the importance of treating every customer with respect and care.In a world where subpar service and indifference are often the norm, Flower Motor Company Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram stands out as a shining example of what a dealership should be.

We are traveling in our Promaster van and received notice of a safety recall. We called Friday evening and they had an opening Monday morning much to our astonishment and in an hour it was done. Perfect service highly recommended. Lovely people. Thank you James.

We bought a new 2018 Dodge Ram. loved the truck until the clutch went out on the freeway while towing a horse trailer at 51k, and we found out it was not covered on our extended warranty. Had it towed to the nearest dealer (not Flower), waited 6 weeks, and finally got it back. Fast forward just less than a year, and less than 12k, and the clutch was starting to go again. No satisfaction from the dealer who "fixed" it, not even a return phone call. Enter Flower Motors. Wes just happened to call to see how we liked the truck, so I told him what was going on.after many phone calls trying to figure out what to do, Flower offered to buy back the truck at a very fair price, and they paid for the new clutch, so we traded it in for a newer model. They even switched over my brand new tires onto the new truck! The whole deal wasvery easy and no hassle or pressure. Thanks Wes, for going above and beyond!

Bought a 2016 Dodge Ram. Process was seamless price was fair for the truck that I got. They even worked with me on the price. This is a very rare thing now days. I was looking at numerous trucks in multiple states and not one of those dealerships would budge on their price even being over priced for comparable trucks. Happy with the purchase and the transaction. I would go back and buy again from the dealership.

After calling to set up an appointment 6 weeks in advance to schedule a recall service along with four other minor items (windshield wiper nozzle replacement, additional key fob made, etc) I dropped my car off during a time I would be out of town for one week. A note was left inside the vehicle with all items requiring attention and all items were confirmed with personnel at the service desk. During the week my Jeep was in their service department, I received no communication or updates on the vehicle's status. As I was returning to town, I called to receive an update at which time I was informed no work had been performed on my Jeep as they noted all parts except for washer nozzles were backordered, regardless of setting up the appointment six weeks prior. Once landing at the airport next door, I waited over 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive in 20 degree temperatures. I ended up walking on the highway to the service department. At the service department I told them I would like to settle up for the windshield nozzles they had reported were replaced that morning. No such work had been performed and there was nothing to pay for as my Jeep had not been touched the week it had been in their shop. Furious, I made the drive 2 hours back to my home. During my drive home, the service manager called to discuss the lack of service but I had to return their call as I was driving over mountain passes w/o cell service. I returned their call three times over the following two weeks in which they never returned the messages I had left. Four months later, no one has ever connected with me. Most unfortunately, this was similar to the (lack of) service received at the Flower Subaru nine months prior. I am appalled and astonished that two businesses under the same ownership may remain in business when they provide this level of customer service. Had someone connected with me on this matter, this review would not have been necessary.

Do not take your vehicle here for service. Very dishonest people in the service department. Will lie to your face about what’s wrong with your vehicle to get more money. And I’m a disabled veteran. I know they know that because they can see my license plate. If these low life’s will do this to a disabled veteran they will do it to anyone. We took our vehicle here and after $2200 dollars spent. Didn’t even make it a mile down the road and it started overheating again. So turned right back around and took it back and they said something else was wrong with it. So they said they $2200 dollars worth of work and parts fixed it but it didn’t. Then they did a simple repair that they just did 6 months prior to that and fixed the issue right away. And this repair we didn’t pay for the second time but when we paid for it the first time it was less then $400 dollars. I don’t understand how they can’t see how suspicious this looked. I will never use this service department again or buy another vehicle from these dishonest people ever again.

Changed my rating to 4 stars for the quality follow up we received.Disappointing warranty service for my ProMaster van. The new vans are plagued with a transmission problem and a recall was issued. Not a pleasant problem to have due to the replacement costs when out of warranty.Recalls cites issue with debris in the transmission pan. Inquired about the results of the investigation, She kept repeating it's a warranty issue. Right, I know that, but was there debris found. "Well, there is no note on it". There were no remarks on the service ticket at all.Second task was to update the transmission software. Inquiring about what changes, "it's the most current". Does it include a fix for the downhill shifting issue. "It has many fixes".The service advisor was of no help.

My gas cap decided it didn’t want to open and I was on my way back to Denver so I obviously needed gas. I stopped here to see if they could help me open it and they helped me open it free of charge. They tried to fix it but it ended up being the actuator was dead so I needed a whole repair but they pried it open for me without any damage and didn’t charge me a thing. They were super kind and I really appreciated their help :)

Had service work (recall, catalic converter) on my 2015 Jeep. Was kinda frustrated, because they had told me it'd be done at the end of day but wasn't; however did get finished the next day and were friendly, professional, and the job was done right. Was concerned that it'd mess up my already good gas mileage (30-34 per gal) and it has changed...it made it even better! Currently getting 33-36 on the highway now. For real, on a jeep with over 170k miles on the engine. It had also always had a slight slugging on acceleration which I had always attributed to being a wimpy 4 cylinder, however with this fix, the slugging is gone.

We purchased a used Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon today from this dealership. The entire process went very smoothly and the salesman and the finance manager were totally professional. I will not hesitate to return the next time I am in the market for a Jeep Vehicle.

We, took our 2000 Dodge Durango in for some repairs. The rear seals was leaking oil. We spent over $5000 to have everything replaced. For $5000 I could have had the engine replaced with the 5.7 Liter back in it. (The engine was replaced several years earlier somewhere else with a 4.7 Liter.) Now after 3 or 4 years later the engine is running ruff. They could've asked me if I wanted to have the engine replaced. The other thing they were suppose to fix was the turn signal/hazard light switch. Still doesn't work. I believe they charged me $80 for the part. When I can get the same part for $27.Other thing I'm not happy about is they let Bryan go. He was a great service writer.

The Jeep dealer in my previous city was arrogant, lacked adequate staff, always rescheduled appts, low-balled estimates and needed a weeks notice for an oil change. Instead, you changed my oil the same day, made and kept a service appt and estimate, recommended necessary extras, completed a big job on time and budget, and did everything with a polite, professional demeanor. If I could give you more than 5, I would. I'll be back!
