My purchase experience at Flower Subaru was less than great. I didn't realize until a few weeks later that I had been charged $5000 for an extended warranty that I said I didn't want. Drove outof the lot and tried to open the passenger window, which didn't work. Took 2 months and several phone call plus two visits to the service dept. to get that fixed. So, not thrilled with your Service Dept. either. This dealership should be the poster business for "Caveat Emptor"!

On a road trip, the staff quickly and kindly offered a diagnosis and advice on our check engine light. We appreciated how quickly they helped us and appreciated their honest opinion.

I called and made an appointment for service with Kristine. She saved me so much money compared to what I would have paid elsewhere! I get in and she is beyond helpful. Kept me updated of the progress on my car and I was on my way. Kristine is an absolute doll and has such an amazing personality. My husband and I were beyond pleased with the service and work we received at Flower Subaru today!

I was in Montrose visiting my sister and needed work on my air conditioner in my 2016 Suburu. I told Kris in service that It was blowing air but it was going warm while on highway, also had spark plugs replaced, a headlight & parking light replaced. They had car from 11:00 to 4:30. Get back on road & halfway back to Denver & air begins to blow hot, and as it gets dark, I turn on lights to find same headlight out. I won't be going back to them & was so very disappointed in their service! It's like ' this girl is from Denver, let's take her money. AND. Charged credit card $587! For what???

We contacted salesperson Marvin about a Crosstrek we wanted and asked whether he could compete with several other dealers we got quotes from.We told him that we preferred his dealership because it was much closer to our home than the others. He said that he wanted to make it happen, and he did splendidly. He was very pleasant to work with, very attentive, and willing and able to do what he could to get us his best deal. He got us a car that we are now very happy with, and he followed through by taking very good care of us at the showroom. The finance person Tiffany was also exceptional. She carefully explained everything, including options, and also followed through by expediting the paperwork for us. It was a happy and rewarding experience.

I'm from out of town and had to request a last minute appointment for my manual transmission Forester which was 'clunking' when I shifted at low speeds. The dealer accommodated my request, got me in the next day and successfully diagnosed and repaired my car while I waited. 'Clunking' sound is gone, and it was a reasonably priced repair. I would recommend this dealer for Subaru repair.

Just got the 42k service. The Quote was for $195 but in the end they tagged on fees making the bill closer to $212. Not much but this is typical Montrose, quote one price then expect you to pay fees they make sound like its your responsibility. Hidden fees are like people lying, again typical of businesses in Montrose. The car was not washed, no floor mat covering and it does smell a bit like oil inside the car. Thanks for such a poor experience Flower. I would not recommend this place and will never give them return business due only to the fact the woman quoted me a price and wanted more after the fact...lying is bad and makes your customer feel like you took advantage. You should be ashamed to have her there.If you need service this is maybe the best of the worst, I’ll head down the road to somewhere else...good luck Flower...you need it!

Great car buying experience for my wife and I. We were there to look at one vehicle only to find out that it was not running. No big deal! Roberto and the entire staff worked very hard to get us into a similar beater for around the same price. It was a very cold and rainy day but this entire experience turned out to be quick, very smooth and very professional. Had a fantastic experience with Flower and especially Allen, the Service Advisor. Had a light come on in my 2005 Legacy GT while out on a ski trip away from home. I called ahead to ask if they could help me quickly as I had to make it to a hut trip by a certain time. They got me in and out very quickly, running a diagnostic and explaining to me the issue all free of charge, even after I told them I would probably be taking the car to my normal mechanic in Denver. Lots of appreciation for their help and honesty.
