Cutters serm to very caring. The last one did a great job. Prices are getting too high. I paid nearly $30 with tip and I'm a senior male with very little hair! ☹️

Warmly greeted upon entering..I had a great stylist Marrison I think her name was, she did a fantastic job cutting my hair & good personality while doing so..i hope next time I visit, she is my stylist again.

Checked in online and the wait times kept jumping back and forth. Went down to wait in the lobby to make sure I got my spot. Then a guy walked in who was not on the waiting list but he got helped before a lobby full of waiting customers who were on the waiting list. That is terrible customer service. Even the manager knew. Wow.

Receptionist Tina was great, I waited outside as they were so busy and she stuck her head out the door to let me know my stylist was ready. Chelsea was my stylist and did wonderful, updated my notes after she offered and performed additional services that I would like to have in the future. It's no wonder they are as busy as they are, all in all they did a great job and the experience was very good.

Wanted a hair cut. It's 2pm. Sounds simple. Checked in on line. 111 minute wait. Okay. One hour later, after wait had gone to 80 minutes, my wait time is now 116 minutes. Okay. Wait gets down to 95 minutes. At 4pm, my wait time is now 120+ minutes.
Something is very wrong this establishment!

Got a great trim and some good conversation at a great price! Chelsea did exactly what I was asked and I couldn't be more pleased! I highly recommend Chelsea and all the ladies at Great clips in Montrose!
