I like harbor freight fine. The manager Andrew here was rude. I asked the employee if I could get a discount if I gave them my information, she said yes. Turns out she was mistaken about the dates of the discount. I asked for the manager to delete my information from the system. He sharply said they couldn’t and told me to call customer service. He refused to apologize for the mistake and tried to blame me for not reading their advertising even though their employee told me I would get the discount. I now have to call customer service on my own time to fix it, at least I’ll be able to complain to them some more about Andrew.

Such a great store I'm in the area from outta state with huge camping and fishing plans. When we purchased our generator we got the Esp this was back home in Texas. It just wasn't enough generator we had it over a year. The manager let me return it on esp and replace it with one that better suits my needs just had to pay the difference.

I was looking for a New Icon magnetic mat and Jim Delarocco helped me and I was impressed by his knowledge, I was looking for a new tool box and he showed me this new magnetic mat and I had to buy both. Bought the Warranty as well. Ask for Jim if you need help with anything especially tools!!

I highly recommend this place. I travel for work and have used HF all over and this location is stands above. Store was clean, organized and the staff was friendly.
I was greeted at the door immediately by Jim.
This guy was on the ball. Fabulous product knowledge, wonderful banter and he even walked me thru a simple plumbing repair that I was nervous about.
Seriously couldn’t be happier. If you need help. Get yourself a Jim.

If it wasnt for my hubby i wouldnt love this store so much. Such a great place to shop and save. Everyone of the employees are kind and knowledgable. THE MANAGEMENT IS AMAZING!

Came in looking for some things for work. Right as I walked in, Jim greeted me. I told him what i was looking for and immediately was able to point me in the right direction. Jim also helped me check out. He was awesome from the moment I walked in to walking out. Every store needs a Jim, the guy is top notch!

They post cheaper prices and then try to get you to join their membership club to get the displayed prices at checkout. Employees are barely capable of forming a sentence and dont know a flat head from a torx.
