Home Loan State Bank has been our only bank since we moved to CO. We love the ladies there, they are so helpful and friendly. Quickly learn your name and are genuinely interested in your life. The staff change has been hard on everyone but that is no reason to get upset, we all learn as we go. If you don't get along with these amazing people take a look in the mirror, you may be the problem! You receive what you give so give a smile, being a teller is not an easy job!! Thanks Michelle Linnel for being an amazing teller, you are the best. Also Hannah, with your beautiful smile, such a joy to work with you!

I called to verify a check, I started talking to some guy, then some Supervisor by the name Michelle just got on the phone didn't introduce herself and was aggressively asking me questions the she had just heard me answer to the guy I originally was in the middle of talking to. Then before she hung up on me she commented she's a problem then slammed the phone down. I called back Michelle answered the phone so rudely ask would you like to speak to my supervisor when I answered yes she slammed the phone again. WOW that's customer service in Colorado huh???? ?????????????

I understand this is a new bank. They really need to work on customer service. They also need to find out how their Atm works... Calling me multiple times because their atm let me do a feature they were unaware of unfortunately wont solve the issue. The bank Called me to come pick up a check that had already posted to my account. *Your Atm has that feature and capability* Otherwise when I selected what I was trying to do which was make a deposit, it wouldnt have let me. All the other atms in town it automatically cancels my trasaction and spits my card back out and says this feature is unavailable.This atm went throught the whole process and posted to my account and gave me a recipt with check images. I understand your confusion and frustration on you not knowing what your atm feature and capabilities are but thats not my issue and keeping me and my recipts briefly while you sit on the phone to figure out how I did that really isnt my problem that is something you all got to figure out. I dont have time to wait while you try to figure why your atm is doing deposits from another bank. I would be calling the institution for the atm and getting info on the features your atm provides you could also call my bank (credit union of colorado) and ask them why their atm is linked to (cuoc)bank because my bank told me only two atms (nuvista) being the other bank in town (montrose) are linked to them because my awesome bank is in junction. Just a heads up secret shoppers are out and your being reviewed on everything! Also the lady in blue shirt with amazing hair her name starts with A she was very sweet upon reaturning my recipts to me, I could feel the vibes!! The lady I talked to on the phone and in person, please work on your customer service and lady at drive up window had great pink pants!! Happy Holidays!!

Home Loan State Bank is a shell of what it once was. All the staff that made this bank great are gone. There’s currently a mass exodus of people and businesses leaving. Craig and La’Tisha are worms. Please go elsewhere.

All banks are about money- and most of them act at least similarly. The differences are in the people and their attitudes. I cannot say enough about the folks at Home Loan. We are greeted by name as we walk through the door and treated like family. No need or request is ever too much trouble and is always accomplished with smiling faces and a positive outlook and attitude. This bank and the people in it do business the way you hope it would be done.

I love this community bank! The decisions are made locally and they really care about customers and the community. Seems like when people walk through the door, everyone feels like a million bucks! Mark, Kent, Tish, April, Nicolette and Andrea do a great job!
