I tried to pay for my items and was told they wouldn't accept my $100 bill because it had a small tear in the corner of the bill. There was no part of the bill missing, just the small tear. I left the store empty handed and will not be back. There are plenty of other places who will gladly accept my money.

Randa was being so mean to the other marshalls lady’s who worked there and turned around and pretended to be fakely nice to me when I needed help finding something. It was crazy to see such a switch up!! She needs to treat her coworkers better.

Bought a marked down blanket, and the security tag is still on it. Their> young manager (Friday evening)only solution is to bring it back while soaking wet from the wash. Or 'find a strong magnet' and hung up on me . I'll never again

I don’t think I appreciated this store as much as I should until I visited a store in another community. This Marshalls is such a joy—the store is spacious and well laid out, always neat as a pin, and the employees are consistently delightful.

LOVE! I live in Gunnison so it’s always a treat when I get to go to Montrose and shop around. My last visit at Marshall’s was the best experience I’ve ever had there. I was looking at hair products and an couple employees asked if I needed help finding anything and I told them what I needed and we got to chatting for a good 15 20 minutes and it was like I had known these women forever. We were laughing and I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Dominque and Maria helped me out so much and I left the store with two new friends that day and that is something so special to me and I hope that they know how much I needed that at that moment in time. ❤️ 10/10 all star employees!! They went above and beyond with their customer service and I hope they receive the praise that they deserve.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to whomever found my cardkey in the dressing rooms on December 7th in montrose Colorado and realized what it was and put it in a safe place so I could come get it!!
