“Michael Holloway was very helpful and respectful. He helped us with all our questions and conserns about switching over from Tmobile. He found out what discounts applied to us and was informative about the switch process. 5 stars!!”

“My husband and I were having trouble getting our Find My to locate each other after we installed update 27.0.1. JoVonna Sisneros & Andy Chaffin were GREAT and worked until they got everything working properly again for us”

“I stopped in to shop for a new plan, and Haylie had me in and out in 10 minutes. For someone who hates dealing with cell phone issues, this was so amazing. The four or five times I've had issues and stopped here, the service has been excellent. Thank you!”

“I should have done my upgrade at High Mesa Comm. Stupidly, I did it via Att Chat. And ATT shipped my new phone from California to Memphis, despite all the confirmations of my Colorado residence. And it has taken six chat attempts to make changes to my wireless plan, and once again they screwed it up. My bad for not doing it all in the store. They are much, Much better than ATT direct. Yes, during these strange times you need to make an appointment, but you can and then meet with an intelligent and knowledgeable human rather than a herd of Virtual Dunces, most of whom are rude and from some Pacific atoll. ATT phone sales and tech support used to be damn swift. Not anymore!”

“Lesly was amazing! She helped me with everything I needed and made the whole process easy. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. She answered all my questions and made sure I got the best deal. Definitely recommend stopping by and asking for Lesly!”
