About Habitat for Humanity of the San Juans-Montrose
Habitat for Humanity ReStore in Montrose is a retail shop and donation center selling new and gently used furniture, appliances, home accessories, and building materials at a fraction of the retail price. The place offers a large variety of things to check out, and customers can find good deals and a few good bargains. While some departments can be a bit messy and some items may be unmarked, stained, smelly, or old, looking deeper can reveal hidden gems. The store is getting more organized all the time. Excellent and friendly customer service is noted, especially from the helpful staff in the back. Proceeds support Habitat for Humanity's cause to help build strength, stability, self-reliance, and shelter in local communities and around the world.

Place is usually a bit messy in some departments. We had to ask about pricing on a couple of items that were not marked. However, we did find a few good bargains, so it's not all bad. There is a large variety of things to check out.
