Out of town and having car trouble. We got very good service here. Parts department did a good job of locating the part we needed locally. Then a little luck got us a cancelled service time and the job was done by the end of the day. Thanks Nissan!

This is a non-negotiating dealer and I was unable to strike a deal on a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder .Also, my trade-in was way lower than what I expected for a premium vehicle in excellent condition with low miles.

Great dealership. Erik Eckman is the real deal. Not just a car salesman, a friend! Nick Klahr, the manager, was also a great help. Will be back again.

Purchased a 2022 Bronco and had a great experience with the staff and the transaction. It was a pleasure to work with our sales person Billy Baxter who made everything seamless and easy. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

I ordered a new pickup from this place on September first. I was told it was showing a review on the 48th week which would have been a month ago. I am preparing my current vehicle to go to a relative so I took it to this place to have a window regulator put in. I was quoted $280.00 for the repair. Took the vehicle in and waited for hours and never heard from them. I called for over an hour and just got the elevator music. I finally got through and was told the repair will be almost $500.00 plus the diagnostic fee of 119.00. My vehicle got no repair done, I am $119.00 lighter in the wallet and was really treated like an evil step child by the staff. I have always avoided dealership shops and I now remember why. It may be prudent to have the new vehicle delivered to Rifle.

This is the worst service experience I have had in my lifetime. The service department replaced our 2015 Escape transmission. Virtually everything the service manager Moy said was not true, accurate or reliable, including the price. The service department is nearly unreachable....your calls go to voicemail that isn't answered for days. We were told the car would be test drove 100 miles to check the new transmission before we picked it up (We had to fly to Montrose to get it....it originally broke down on a road trip). The vehicle was left dirty, in the sun without the sunscreen in the windshield, it wasn't test drove (milage in / out exactly the same...no change in original mirror position, seat adjustment etc). After getting it home, the bottom protective cover was nearly touching the ground as only 4 of the 9 fasteners were installed (it went in with all of them in place...I do all my oil changes and I haven't even had one even loosen in 6 years much less fall out). Even if your car breaks down in front of this dealership...have it towed somewhere else. You will be money ahead because of the price gouge, and hopefully be treated decent....and the work will be competently done.

We are from out of town with an issue with our Armada, and Steve and his team were incredible. Five stars for these guys!

2012 F250 Lariate Super Duty 6.7L diesel 4x, 170k. Learned my lesson early on, leave the fuel filter replacement to the pros. Even they struggle with the fragile ABS housing. Compared with other service providers, Montrose Ford-Nissan treated me right. They were timely, informative, and had parts on hand. This dealer's premium is well earned when I consider the additional value associated with my often remote travel.

I recently had the worst experience with a service department who didn't seem to care about customers concerns. I am working away from home when a warning came up for my titan diesel saying in 57 miles the vehicle would go into limp mode (5 mph max speed) when I begged and pleaded for help from the service department it fell upon deaf ears. This has been a reoccurring issue with the def sensor but the light would always go off when I got to a dealership they couldn't even take 5 minutes to scan the error code since it was on for the first time at the dealership. So disappointed and frustrated.

I bought a car and it was honestly an enjoyable experience. I never thought that would happen. I wasn't treated like a $ sign! Billy made me feel comfortable and spent a lot of time going over a lot of different cars and financing options. I appreciate the time and excellent customer service that Billy provided! I will definitely be back!
