The site would not allow me to do a negative rating - DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE, NATIONAL or ALAMO! My Expedition had/still has a mechanical issue and Roadside Assistance sent me to Montrose ( 2 hrs away) to exchange. Not only would they not change the vehicle but Yuri ( the one in the Gilligan hat in the picture below was extremely rude and not empathetic. Carl ( I think that was his name) the manager was of no help. By the Way the picture of the Suburban below was the vehicle that they were supposed to exchange.As far a Roadside Assistance - Since Monday July 3 we have escalated our situation and no one has responded. My family feels unsafe - we have wasted time trying to get resolution. The Crawford Group who owns Enterprise Holdings is disconnected from their customers and you cannot get in touch with anyone that can help. That is what happens when you get too big!

Likely the best service I have ever received at any rental car location. The whole experience was very easy and straightforward. I was in and out in just a few minutes. And the vehicle is great; really new and a great ride. I wish all airport rental car experiences could be as painless as this one!

The vehicle was picked up at night at a regional airport, the vehicle seem to be fine with some small details that were less than desired. The passenger side door was dirty with what seemed to be "soda splash". The vehicle seemed to be a fairly new Audi but, it did not have auto start on the fob. I don't mean to gripe about small stuff but you asked.

My personal vehicle was having repairs done at a local car dealership, and this location assisted me in a vehicle that was to what I requested in my vehicles absence. The staff was professional and fast to get me back on the road as quick as possible, even when I had to extend my rental car services l, they were still professional and provided me with quality customer service.

Excellent customer service. Not sure why they have such a low rating. I rent from small airports a lot and this was by far my best experience.
