I have just recently found this store and have been in 5 times in the past few weeks buying and ordering various paints, every time I have gone in the lady who I had a problem with today has been there and we have spoke to each other on a couple different occasions(just small talk). I went in today to Order more paint and was greeted very coldly and with no recognition of past encounters. I expressed that I would like to order more paint and explained exactly which kind. The responded with only Teagan can order that and she not here…I have to start asking questions at this point, is she gone for the week? When will she be back? She’s at lunch and will be back any second is the response. Wow, you could of just told me that, I think as I begin to look around the store and wait. I ask about a gallon jug of rust protector and get a response of “ what’s on the shelf is what we have”. The lady goes in the back and comes back with another person, not Teagan who looks at me and says like I just walked in the store “ how can I help you?” Am I in the twilight zone? I think, I just explained it to the person standing right next you. I say that I would like to order paint but have to wait for Teagan to do so and that everybody that works there should be able to place orders. At this point the rude girl that I first interacted with goes on a rant of how it’s not there fault and I’m rude and was ignoring her. I asked her if she was having a bad day and she said, yes I am. The service industry is tough and not cut out for everyone. People shouldn’t feel like they are walking on egg shells and in a hostile setting when in a business trying to spend money. There are plenty of other places happy to take my money. Good luck.
