Writing to praise Shawn Castle. Had just switched internet services and one of our laptops could not find our new internet server. Took to Networks Unlimited and Shawn tried a few things, then installed Dell updates onto our computer. Took it home and "Bingo", our computer picked up our new internet service. Kudos to Shawn.

We have used Networks Unlimited for our IT Support for several years. I just had another successful experience with their help desk. 98% of our issues have been resolved by using their online tech services. Not having to haul everything into a repair shop saves us time money and physical effort. Networks Unlimited is the BEST!!!!

I called Networks Unlimited for a repair on my Macbook. Brandon told me right away that they specialize in PC's. But then, knowing I wasn't going to be a customer, he spent 10 minutes diagnosing my problem and giving me his recommendations for getting it repaired. That's great customer service, and all-too rare. If I had a PC I'd definitely use this company. :)

We paid nearly $200/month to manage wifi access at a restaurant. It took them four days to implement a simple but urgent network adjustment, even after requesting that the ticket be expedited. We're talking about 5 minutes of actual work, maybe 15 minutes total if we're allowing for ticketing and documentation followup as well. Four days to get to something like that is unprofessional and frankly ridiculous, especially with this kind of monthly maintenance rate.

Networks Unlimited has exceeded my expectations. I needed help constructing a complicated N.A.S. system and firewall installation. Their tech Christian was quick to pivot to unforeseen problems, even when I didn’t providing him with the clearest details and Brittany did a wonderful job planning the installation around my schedule and communicating with my entire team. It feels amazing to have all my priceless data secure and Brittany is just an email or call away anytime I have issues with my network.

My experience with Networks Unlimited has been nothing short of amazing. I called Networks for some consulting on our business technologies and Brittany got to work right away finding where our issues were, a plan to fix them, what was going right too! She was very thorough and broke everything down in a way we could understand. She went the extra mile and consulted with other employees at Networks Unlimited to make sure nothing was missed. She was honest about what we did and didn’t need. We felt like Networks actually cares about our business. I have worked with a couple other IT companies on the Western Slope and Networks has been by far the most impressive in knowledge, service, and professionalism. Looking forward to doing more business with them.

I had an old computer with a dead hard drive. I got a new computer and they took the stuff off of the old computer and put it on the new one. It was so reasonable that I will send everybody there! The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Wonderful service and people. Yes, I am talking about Greg and Mark in Montrose. They seem to know what they are doing,don't mind listening our concerns and give very specific answers. They have professional attitude and decency. Thank you for resolving my computer problems. I know I sounded silly asking all those questions but they were very attentive, quick and professional. Go to them when you have problems. They will not only solve the the computer problems but have excellent customer service!
