We needed a short term place to store our 38 foot RV and this worked perfectly. Friendly service over the phone, clear communication through e-mails and text, helpful tips for coming in on Sunday (office is closed) and directions for where to enter for outside storage. Ample space for pulling in and turning around, nice gravel base, gated and secure. Definitely recommend!

Easy documentation process was taken care of over the phone and internet which made my vacation much less stressful and I was able to and from the airport with ease. Picking my truck up and ending my rental agreement was also easy and I was able to get in and out in no time

We have been using Northside Storage, Montrose , Colorado for over 16 years. Yes, 16 years. With complete satisfaction and security, these folks are the best. From the security person (Earnest), to the front desk(Kathy), you are treated respectfully, with smiles and always with integrity.

DONT RENT HERE, Secure Storage is a better place to rent from all the way around. Northside won't even let u be late and put in a effort to get caught up. Secure storage works with you having patients and understanding of hard times. Northside will make u pay and tell u to get your stuff out, they lack compassion and understanding of anyone at least trying THEY DONT DO PARTCIAL PAYMENTS it's full payment or nothing so if I was you I'd choose a place that cares about people more then money. I shouldn't have used them myself when 3 years agoy mother in law passed her due date was the 19 of each month she past Dec 22 we went to get her stuff 9ut ofit being there 10 years on the first week of January and they told us we had to pay it was a week and half late but they said they have to make there money, again no care sorry we spent ours on a funeral sorry we don't have over 4 storage sites and money come so easy like u, to bad u guys never stayed humble it's sad when money comes before people.

Really nice place to keep your belongings. Secure entry and really friendly staff. If you need a ride to or from the Montrose airport they will give you a ride weekdays only.
