I am so happy we chose Northside Storage for our storage needs. The people (especially Kathy but everyone) were professional, polite, efficient, pleasant and helpful. The unit we rented was clean, safe and close to home, accessible 24/7. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with a member of staff and Jeremy went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I've rented here for years, the units are well maintained and the staff is almost always friendly and courteous.

Northside storage has been able to accommodate all of my needs including finding me a storage unit at a great price within 24 hours, adding a second unit when circumstances changed and communicating clear instructions for rentals! They also offer packaging supplies in the office for your convenience. Storage units were clean and ready to use that day.

Would have rated higher except, traveled from out of town with a trailer full of house hold items. Arrived on a Sunday, unit was supposed to be open with the lock inside. It was not, I had to keep U-Haul an extra day besides the inconvenience of having to adjust my plans and unload a day later.
