Look out I am going to get gushey here. This was the best customer service I have had in YEARS!! Thank you Merlene! This woman will take care of you and help you understand everything you need to know from the app to the workings of the door and the rules. She was wonderful, smart, quick and so very kind. This place was so clean and totally secure. Absolutely impressed! Thank you again!!

This is the second time in the last 7 years that I had a need for a storage unit. The first time was for a year and I was so pleased with the results, I knew exactly where to go this time. Northside Storage units are clean, reasonably priced, well maintained, contents are safe from weather, 24/7 easy access for customers and I like their gated, security features! Not only for my possessions, but also for my safety on site! Service is great, opening an account is quick and payments online are simple to arrange. I highly recommend them for your storage needs!!

Smooth access any time of the day. The little drum locks in the doors are simple and effective. I arranged the "stuff" with two aisles so anything can be accessed without much trouble.

The door opening is LESS than 8 feet on the 10' wide units, despite what they may tell you. Measure before signing.Much about the Spring Creek facility is pretty nice. New, clean, well kept grounds, helpful staff.

I had let my storage unit on latched by mistake and security took and picture and locked it back up. They called to inform me of what happened and to verify that everything was still there. Have been so helpful right from the beginning.

We love the fact that we have our personal remote to open the gate and our storage unit. Awesome!
