Gotta watch out with this place. They'll label the product one price then charge you something different at the register. I been wondering why it seemed I was being overcharged and realized they actually were. We come here constantly for feed for our guinea pigs and the label under the product says 13.99 but when you get to the register they charge you 16.99. If you say something about it they say "that's our vital care price". This seems like false advertisement to me. I'll now be taking my business elsewhere. (all products pictured above are $3+ more at register)

They have the item I been purchasing labeled with 1 price but when you get to register it's another. I been wondering why it seemed I was paying more than it said I should for a while now and decided to ask and I was pretty upset about it. If you're gonna lable the product 13.99 it should be 13.99 at the register not "surprise, it's 16.99 unless you have vitacare"

I was gifted a 30 gallon aquarium by a coworker. I was stressed about everything that had to go into a functional habitat for fish. I went into this Petco and approached Caiden he took nearly an hour of explaining what had to go into starting and maintaining the aquarium. I’d like to specifically shoutout Caiden for all of his help and amazing customer support!

It was quiet inside, and I walked the entire store to find an employee.

Very helpful and nice, they are a little understaffed. I waited in the fish area for about 10 minutes waiting for an employee. It is always full of boxes and crates in the way.

I told the girl my dog has a sore hip. She only came in to get her nails clipped.
One of the ladies held her in her arms while the other clipped her nails. They were so nice to make sure she was comfortable.
