Asked for propane service, waited about 10 mins. No one came. Meanwhile 3 people standing around behind service desk. Headed to beer barn where service is much better.

Never had service like I had today waited 50 minutes to get hay. Got told you can load yourself I only have two guys here, which I can understand if you’re short handed. But no one was here and as I was waiting both of your guys started helping other customers that came in 20 minutes after me. Front guy was very rude just telling me I just needed to wait. They even loaded a lady with hay they came in after me. She even pulled up in front Of my truck which was parked in front of the hay. Guy finally came to my truck and said oh you need hay , 40 minutes later minutes and being told oh we didn’t know. Needless to say I want be back. Never been treated so rudely by the men working today. I have a broken foot I can’t load it myself. I been a customer for years and never been treated like this. Needless to say I won’t be back.

Producers is great but the customer service lacks a lot at this store. The Olathe store is much better. It is worth the extra few miles to go there. They treat you like a friend rather than a one time customer. From now on I’ll go to Olathe.

Very poor service, every 2 weeks i come in for propane bottle fill ups and last time I came in, i brought in few extra old bottles I asked propane guy if there are usable, he said yes. Anyway couldn't use 1 of the bottles as it had a bad gasket and would leak propane when hooked up. I told front desk guys about the situation they made me pay double anyway they should of made this right instead of charging loyal customer double. I told them I'll take my business else where that's scandalous. Very very poor service!

If your looking to get back from a supply store this place is great. After you buy 3 propane tank fills the 4th is free. Also after 8 fills in a Co-op bucket or drum the 9th is free. We got 55 gallons of chicken feed for FREE today!
