We are so happy that we walked into the store when we came to town for the closing of our new house. We didn’t know what we wanted in a mattress and Gary made it so easy. I learned so much about what we needed for such an important purchase while talking to him at the store. It was worth it to buy in person and not online so that you know exactly what you’re getting, not to mention, a delivery all the way into our master bedroom was amazing. Everyone we worked with for this purchase was fantastic, especially Gary. Thanks for a great sleep!

I was looking for a foundation this afternoon and called the Sleep Factory and talked with Gary. He helped me understand what I needed for my mattress. I took the foundation home and unfortunately it had a defect. Called Gary and he went above and beyond to get me a replacement. Great customer service!

The Sleep Factory, Montrose, Colorado is an excellent mattress store. The owner, Gary Conerly is the most knowledgeable, most customer oriented sales person I have ever encountered in the business of choosing a mattress. He is patient, takes into consideration a customer's needs and is just an all around excellent individual. The buying experience is the best and I can't say enough good things about purchasing a mattress from this company and, Gary, in particular. The prices on mattresses are very good, service is excellent, selection is very good, and I would recommend anyone looking to buy a mattress in Montrose choose this store. The showroom is immaculate and the brand of mattresses available is the best in the area. Gary just wants you to have the best mattress for your needs. No pressure to buy the most expensive. I spent two days there looking at various mattresses from mid price to high and many hours trying out the various types of mattresses. Gary know the mattress that is going to be best for you and explains the content and performance of various mattress types so you can make the most informed decision for your needs. No need to go to Grand Junction to buy a mattress as this store will be your best option.
