Although renting a car is typically an easy and straight forward process, on my recent trip to Denver, the male counter manger was discriminatory against a Latina and actually told me, when I asked for the car that I reserved and confirmed, "lady, you are about to walk out of here without a car, tonight, if you don't shut up and get out of here". It was close to midnight. When asked for the manager refused to provide his name. Looking to make Thrifty Car Rental aware of the unacceptable treatment of a paying customer, Thrifty was not receptive to the discrimination I suffered, but they had no regard to their employee's unacceptable treatment.Disgusting behavior condoned by Thrifty.Thrifty is missing the point from the extremely strong message from the "Barbie" phenomenon. Women deserve respect and male dominance and abuse will not fly in 2023.

I rented a car 2x from this location.. always had a great experience.. Returning the car is a little iffy, since there's not much direction when the return lot is full.. just return the keys back to the rental counter.

Cannot even begin to say how helpful the rental agents were. Was unfamiliar & uncomfortable with the model that had been reserved for me & they promptly replaced it with another. Though they were super busy, they were patient and kind in getting me squared away. Many thanks to all!

I arrived to pick up my rental car and I was told that because I had booked 5 hours prior, the reservations booked before me were priority so they couldn’t give me a car. I respectfully said it would have been nice to have received a call to tell me they didn’t have a car for me earlier so I could find alternative transportation. The representative broke down and busted into tears saying she couldn’t do this anymore and excused herself to the back room. I waited 2 hours in the airport and was never issued a car. The representative did nothing to help me and acted as if I was at fault rather than Thrifty. She appeared to view herself as the victim and myself as the customer, the antagonist. Just the dramatic experience you hope not to deal with while traveling.

Where to begin. I reserved a car for my husband for a week and it was a good price so I was happy with that. With that said, that is the ONLY thing my husband and I were happy with. They so far have triple charged us for the car. A $250 rental is now up to $1,000 with an additional $438 still on hold. We called customer service, they said talk to the counter. My husband went to the counter, they said call customer service. Nothing but run around. For $1000 plus, we should have gotten a Ferrari- not a little compact car.
