I would give this place a low rating because of being a customer for more than 5 years, I’ve never got a discount for being an excellent driver as well as having more than one policy with them. Last year I talked to Tim on how to save with my State Farm policies and he gave me the run around. I was given a fob to put in my vehicle,after months of having it in the vehicle, the savings wasn’t much. I contacted Tim again that I found a better insurance company and to cancel my policies, which he decided to not cancel the policies and I ended up doing his job by calling in the 1-800 number to State Farm to cancel the policy myself. You will save yourself time and headaches by staying away from this insurance agent who does nothing for you

Shelby and Tim are amazing! Spent time with Tim and his staff for our insurance review. Found several items and after a review we found that we really didn't need them. Saved us money as well! Great Job Tim! And, it was easy to get an appointment, and he was in the office!!

Absolutely the most worthless insurance agent on the planet. They have done absolutely nothing to help our family with a personal injury, totaled car and personal possessions lost. It is just not Tim, he simply refers us to the adjusters and acts like his job is done. It took two days to reach him after the accident (accident not our fault). Not just him but his secretary refers us to the adjusters. We never speak to the same person twice and you enter your claim # and wait on hold to infinity! If someone does respond they know nothing about your claim, and it is literally like starting all over. They are supposed to represent us, and it is like they are being paid by the company at fault. Regardless of what Tim Tinaza advertises or tells you in person. In my experience he could care less for the people that are funding his living. His secretary? She is just as clueless and is eager to transfer you to departments that continue the ineptness. State Farm is one big circular chasm that screws the customer and finds a way to collect more payments and premiums without one iota of concern for the paying customer! The sad part is that they are not having to pay. The other party has already admitted fault. But still, they treat you like you have the plague and are taking up their precious time. UNBELIEVABLE!!

The sign says Tim, but it’s definitely a team oriented business. Lilly runs a tight ship and it comes through with superior service and creates a high community standard. They also volunteer their time with local non profits, and I respect them as a business and for being good hearted people.

I been with the same insurance carrier for over 9 years and was curious on if I can get a better quote. Lilly Ambani was beyond helpful gave a way better rate then what I had same coverage and all . She was very kind and informative on the whole transition. I will recommend Lilly from State Farm to my friends and family.

What kind of a person fires an employee for leaving work because their house is on fire DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS? I wouldn't trust an insurance agent, who likely deals with house fires on a regular basis, who obviously lacks the basic empathy necessary to effectively handle such a tragedy.
