I appreciate the courteous and knowledgeable staff at the UPS Store in Montrose. They handle the high volume of customers with smiling faces and fast service. We often have our packages delivered to the store rather than to our home as it is such a convenient stop to make and we enjoy seeing the friendly staff!

The team of employees at The UPS Store in Montrose, CO at 236 S. 3rd St is wonderful! Laura, Dinesh snd Desiree are helpful, kind, patient and friendly. I went in with many returns that needed packaging, return codes, special handling, etc, the kind of transactions that would make some people roll their eyes. Instead I encountered very helpful employees, willing to make it easier for me. Thank you so much!!!! I appreciate your kind and prompt help!Patricia R

They charged me $14 for a 3” piece of tape and a “packing service” — I.e., attaching said tape to the box. Jerks

I'm definitely glad we have one here. It makes for fast and hassel free returns of virtually anything, cell phones, Amazon orders, you name it. They have everything to meet a variety of shipping needs.
