Packages not delivered. But you can pick up 1000-1700. So you make time to get there. Nope it’s 12 to 4. Was told to look at the door. Customer service could be better if the incorrect information was not put on the delivery notification or website. Not a good use of time for the employees or the customer.

Signage is difficult to follow, one staff member was rude and seems insecure since the back door is open while he/she listens to music.
