The first time I stopped by to get help with my phone, the guy helping me was amazing. Sorry dude, I wish I could remember your name, because you get 10stars++. You were patient and spent so much time helping this old womyn. Thankyou for solving the problem. That was a month ago. Just about 10 days ago, I had a very serious problem. It did not get resolved, because, the dude that helped me was clueless ?, he kept looking out the window, he appeared very uncomfortable. Sorry dude, time for you to find another job, because now I have no idea who I can trust to resolve this issue.

SCAM ARTISTS! I would not trust this store!!! I went in to upgrade my phone because I absolutely had to! My husband also needed to upgrade his phone. The manager Jamie and the new blondie girl told us that the more lines we get the cheaper our monthly bill will be, they added an extra line on my phone and my husband's phone. Then they said if I don't get an iPad and add a line to the iPad my monthly bill would go up. They tried really hard to sell us everything under the sun, added a phone cord without even asking. I was so exhausted after 2 hours of being there and just wanted to leave. After I had a day or two to think about it, I went into a corporate store to have them look at our account, and they told me...that it was all wrong...and that my bill would go from $208 to almost $500!!!!!! They lied about everything and tried to suck us dry! I was within the 30 days, so I disconnected the extra lines but had to go back to the Montrose store to return the iPad. When I went into the store to return it, I asked why they did what they did and Jamie the manager proceeded to say she would never add extra lines unless we needed them!!!!! She tried to back pedal...and lied to me AGAIN!!! I am now stuck with paying for a $424 bill for that short time I had the 3 extra lines!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM Especially that JAMIE girl she WILL take advantage of you!

Best Verizon experience I've had in decades. Store assistant manager Bryce is an example of why AI will never replace a good worker at this store. Bryce got us set up with exactly the right device at the right cost. Genial, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient, Bryce knows how to listen and then help perfectly. Incredible!!
