Been a customer of Wells Fargo with savings, checking, and from time to time a mortgage. Today I went inside the branch to speak to a teller about having funds wired to my account and waited almost 30 minutes but never reached the teller line. Only one teller. I, along with those behind me were getting pretty ticked off. I left and went to the drive through in back and the teller gave me a printed copy of wire instructions. Still questions remained so I called and after waiting another 10 minutes on hold because they don't answer their damn phone, I got disconnected. I would change banks but my wife would shoot me due to all the "bill pay" accounts she has set up. NOT HAPPY

While applying for a mortgage loan the banker told me that no one wants to give a loan to a guy that "hustles pizza". This was very insulting to me.

Nice staff but not enough of them. No one answers phones the poor staff walk around apologizing for how bad the bank is run. This appears to be Wells Fargos business model, bare bones operation to maximize profits. Very poor longterm strategy!!!

Only open drive up ATM was designed for a Prius. Super tight fit for a 3500 Single Rear Wheel truck to try and fit. Not worth the risk.

Most of the time I am happy with my visits and the people who work there are super friendly. Lately, I've had issues with the company themselves though... Take today as an example. They are open until 12pm, and say that drive thru is available but when I arrived around 11am, there is no lighting on the signs above each lane to say if they are open or closed like I'm used to seeing. I assume since it doesn't say closed though that you can use the drive thru as advertised online, especially since I see someone standing at the window that oversees that area, but the tube wouldn't send my deposit... I have both a super bad ear infection and tonsillitis right now, so I am limiting my exposure near other people and can not handle much sound, like that in the lobby (I briefly tried before feeling like my ear was going to explode and had to leave)... If a service you provide as a company isn't currently available, then the company needs to make sure to have the correct signs placed or update their page....

I agree that corporate policies ruin the local experience at wells Fargo. I couldn't deposit cash into a relative's account because I wasn't a signer on that account. Yes, cash. A bank that refuses to accept cash doesn't seem to be a bank anymore does it?Let's add an atm that won't accept deposits. Often won't give cash. So why offer atm services?

Card info was stolen, and fargo denies the claim. Customer service and fraud department are an absolute joke. I'm out my money and can't get any assistance from them. Stay away... this coming from a 20 year customer. They will screw you over too, it's just a matter of time

Casey was horrible and needs training in customer service!!! Cassie and Ashley saved the day! I was about to lose my mind after being on the phone for an hour and a half with Wells Fargo then told I had to go branch. When I got to the branch Casey not only told me he couldn't help me, the tellers would not have time to help me because they were too busy and if I wanted an appointment it would be 2 days. He started raising his voice at me, not cool.I turned to walk out the door, Cassie chased me down and helped to solve my deposit nightmare. She took great care of me and passed me off to Ashley. All was handled, and for that I am grateful. It just takes a little kindness and time to go the extra mile.

I’ve been more than pleased with the Montrose Wells Fargo. The employees are personable and management is open to feedback.

Wow. I had an appointment to open a new account and the woman that I had an appointment with (who was running over 30 mins late) snapped at me when I inquired about wait times with a few new employees that were casually talking amongst themselves. When you’re 30 mins late for an appointment with a new customer, maybe don’t snap at them when they POLITELY ask how much longer it will be. Oh, and maybe try calling people or poking your head out and informing them that you’re running way behind. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I am extremely upset that I can never reach anyone by phone at the only Wells Fargo we have left. I tried making an appointment on line to no avail. I am very concerned about what is going to happen to my money. What is the problem? Why are there no longer any employees especially when Main Street went out there should plenty of workers.

I'm not a big fan of "big corporate banks" but this Wells Fargo branch at Niagara and Townsend has been great for us over the last 10 years. Many of the staff have been around for a while and have always been nice and courteous to me. Julie, Pam, Ashley, Casey, Pia and others always do their best. Completing transactions there have always gone pretty smoothly. For a big corporate bank, they do their best to make it feel like a hometown local bank. Great job guys!
