Staff members are knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant to work with both over the phone and in person. The front office is polite and helpful. The doctors take time to explain eye changes with patience. The team is fantastic at solving problems and offering help right away, sometimes even providing lens upgrades at no charge. They go above and beyond to assist customers. The local vision team delivers the best customer service for exams, contacts, and glasses, making it a place customers would definitely return to and recommend.
As a retired customer service manager it was refreshing to come across a young lady named Dani. Her customer service skills were evident as she not only took care of my husband and I but was very aware of the other customers as well.

All of the staff that helped me were great especially Dani who was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond for me and made my experience truly special. Something I wont ever forget! I will definitely be coming back and making sure all the glasses/contact wearers I know go there!

Wow! My wife and I just had a great experience working with Erin A. Super pleasant and prompt at helping us fix her glasses… Went the extra mile with making sure everything was proper size and clean. Also appreciate her friendly demeanor. Definitely coming back here in the future.
